As your day progresses log your emotional highs and lows to share with friends or a small group.
Talking to friends on a deep emotional level helps you become known to others and help you process events that happen in your life. Living life in open community with other safe people is both rewarding and fulfilling but it should be noted that not everyone is a safe place to share emotions with. This tool includes a print out feature which allows you to print out a overview of your week to bring to a small group meeting.
